NeoDomes dome data centers at sunset with mountains behind
SPONSORED BRIEFING

NeoDomes has opened a private $10M round: licensing revenue participation now, equity on conversion.

The AI buildout cannot wait five years for power. This dome doesn't.

<18 mo
target from site to revenue. The conventional build: 5 to 7 years, most of it waiting on the utility.

One hour, live: the platform, the licensing model, and how the round pays, revenue participation first, then equity.

NeoDomes

A $10M private round in the platform engineered as a system, not assembled as a project. On Sep 23, Bruce Brady opens the platform, the math, and the terms, live.

Yesterday's data center is a rectangular warehouse that waits four to seven years for the utility to turn the power on and draws millions of gallons of water a day the town would rather keep. AI cannot run on that clock. NeoDomes built a different shape: a geodesic dome with its own generation behind the meter, engineered as one system, targeting under 18 months from site to revenue and about 90% less water. The physics were proven on a 4 MW dome in 2013. The production platform, NeoDome 3.0, is built for the GB200-class density AI runs at now.

Different shape, different math. Company targets: about 12 weeks to erect the shell, $10 to 11M per MW all-in against a $14 to 17M AI-ready benchmark, PUE under 1.2, and 10, 20, and 25 MW modules that stack into 50 to 500 MW campuses. This is not a REIT, not a hyperscaler stock, not a land play. NeoDomes licenses the platform to the operators building capacity, and investors take part in that licensing revenue. How, exactly, is what the session is for.

WHY IT MATTERS

Most investors are long AI through chips and software and own none of the infrastructure underneath. The infrastructure is where the constraint is, and the constraint is where the money is being made.

Sep 23, 1:15 PM Pacific, live

Bruce Brady and the executive team walk through the platform, the licensing model, and the offering terms, then take every question. If you own the AI names and none of the infrastructure under them, this is the hour. Replay goes to everyone who registers.

Bruce Brady, CEO and Co-Founder, NeoDomes. 40 years building and running data center infrastructure. Led the 2013 ServerDomes prototype and the decade of engineering since.

The NeoDomes executive team. Chris Pigott (COO, 25 years in global data center engineering, $2B exit), Eric Bond (CFO), Ken Dowers (Engineering and Operations, AECOM).

The session covers

  1. The platform: dome, intelligence, network, power. Engineered as a system, not assembled as a project.
  2. The math: under 18 months to revenue, $10 to 11M per MW, PUE under 1.2, about 90% less water. Company targets, explained.
  3. The offering: structure, terms, and how investors take part in licensing revenue. Presented live, first.
